Ferries are the alternative way to travel to Morocco, if you're already in southern Spain. they sail from Almeria, Malaga and Algeciras to several ports in Morocco, plus the Spanish enclaves of Ceuta and Melilla. Algeciras to Tangier is probably the most convenient route for most purposes. Typically, the fast ferry takes just over half an hour and the conventional ferries are about an hour and a half. To give you direct access to online ferry bookings, we have partnered with AFerry UK, the largest online ferry booking network with access to over 60 major ferry operators, and over 800 European ferry routes. Just go to the Ferries page on Little Hotels to pick your route.
